This 2000s era Techno song that starts off with "Dance, Dance, If you wanna Dance, Dance" and has "Shiver me Timbers" in it.

I remember seeing the a couple of old videos on Youtube where one is the actual song video and the other is the background music someone made for Sims 2.
The lyrics is sung by a man and it sounds like, "Dance Dance, if you wanna Dance Dance, than you're gonna Prance, Prance, Shiver me Timbers!"
It repeats again with the "Shiver me Timbers" part sung at a slightly higher pitch and then the techno music plays. Then rest of the main song plays that I cant remember the lyrics.
